Q. Are your cleaners given any training before they are left alone on our premises?
A. All cleaners are trained within the first few days of their employment.
This training is carried out by our supervisors and will include the following: Health & Safety procedures, site safety information, manual handling, products and machinery, security within the premises, how, when and what to clean.

Q. Will I get the same cleaner each day/ week or will I get a new person every day?
A. Our cleaners are employed to service your site on a regular ongoing basis. So in short, you will receive the same cleaning operative each day, unless of course, they are absent due to annual leave or illness.

Q. What happens if my cleaner does not turn up for work as normal?
A. It is our intention to always service your site with an operative as agreed and we employ a team of mobile relief cleaners who will be despatched to your site as soon as we are aware of an operative''s absence.

Q. Will you provide holiday cover when our cleaner takes annual leave?
A. Yes of course; holiday cover will be undertaken either by another cleaner employed by Masterclean from another site or one of our purposely trained mobile relief cleaners.

Q. Are all your chemicals assessed under the COSHH regulations?
A. All materials that we use on your site have been assessed under the COSHH regulations.

Q. Are the products you use on site environmentally friendly?
A. All product used are chosen carefully, keeping them as close to neutral on the pH Scale.
